Sorry for not updating..been busy with school and game and going out :Pp

School is not bad..3 modules; 2 good lecturers and 1 bad one. Luckily the bad one teaches the easier one. Auditing is a killer. Last sem. there was a 30% failure rate (3 out of 10 failed...) Geez..need to take note of this one. Theres also assignments and projects and presentation this sem. Last few sem, there was none...

Game. I went back to MapleSEA. Coz of Zakum and $_$. Sold game stuff these days and earn a couple of bucks to fund my shopping..lol!

Went shopping 2 days ago with my classmate. Wanted to catch mao gou men...i mean long hu men...but found out it will be only out on friday. Over spent by alot...but hey I am happy so just wack la!!

Coloured my hair yesterday afternoon. My classmate brought me to some Salon situated near Yishun Mrt Station. Woot. Professional stylist man. I no eye deer whats he is toking abt during the discussion..Whatever it is I was dyed 2 times..the 1st time my hair became yelloW!! ~_~| I was taken back..The 2nd dyed became err..ash colour?? Whole process took ard 3hrs ++ quite fast. They are good.

Ordered K800i yesterday. Should be a good phone with a great camera. :Pp I can collect it today later in the evening..hope I got the time to collect it. I want play with my phone!! Hahha!!

Auditing lesson later at 2pm. I will be rushing down to Dunearn Secondary School for their band concert. After that? Dunno yet lol!!

Woo hoo fulfilling Sunday!!

Attended Beautiful Sunday concert at the esplanade!! With Kaiyuanz~~By Yuhua and River Valley Alumni Band Combine! They were superb...Oh my..top class playing. Intonation was great, sound was great, they have very good players. Their percussion ensemble was entertaining. Very nice! On top of that they even had people dancing, thus not only we had 耳福, we also had 眼福!! Great concert, one of the best I had watched all these while..MARVELLOUS!!

AFter the performance, we went to Marina Square..trying to look for Yihui but she not there wor..Theres still lots of time till dinner...so since I wanted to expand my wardrobe(how do your spell that again?)..it was shopping time.

Bought 7 tops!! Wow I can shop too, mai siao siao! 4 tops from F-Man and 3 for B.U.M Equipment. All chosen by Kaiyuan. She pro..I got zero fashion sense...:Pp..Spent a whopping 160 bucks hehe...

Ate at some Hong Kong shop below Marina Square. Well..the place looks good so we decided to check it~~The food there are good~~Especially the french toast and desert~~Super large red bean kachang!! But nice..and we cant finish it..Price?? Well we ordered around 6 types and all cost onli 31 bucks~~Cheap.

Went back to esplanade outdoor threatre, JAYnse asked us to record some rock band performace there. But..JAYnse got the the wrong schedule...there was no rock band but some weird whale music?

We talk and talk and talk and talk and..well talk only and walk also wor...I lub to talk; talk is good~~haha

Walked over to err old central library (demolise le) to take our buses.

I went out with Calvin and Wan(SPACE)Ting (I know she will want me to leave a space..~_~|) on monday.

Calvin got his van. A Black Mercedes. Looks new but it has been already used for 7 years. Great condition.

Anyway I went to Boon Lay Station to wait for my ride. Wow a lot of cars!! The road was jammed. And buses too. Everyone was going home from work. While I was waiting, I kept thinking...I will become one of them in the near future...

Anyway a long while later, Calvin appeared. We were going to Thomson for prata.

I went for the PC Fair at Suntec this morning. With Jami my classmate. I wanted to get some stuff there and yeh, I got what I want. And I was so sleepy ~_~

The PC Fair is held during the mid-term of the year usually for 4 straight days. It features all sorts of IT products, MP3 players, digital cameras, video cameras to personal computers, lap tops, etc; basically all IT related.

It was soooo crowded...and it was only a weekday morning...imagine what will happen on Saturday and Sunday Oo...

Firstly we went over to the Canon booth; 2 of my classmates are working there. Well, we saw they were starting work soon and thus proceed to explore the fair.

There were so many varieties of products. And it was becoming crowded...not to mention we were being stuff with brochures and price guides from all the booths. I just take when the sale person hand me over.

On the way I kept talking rubbish to Jami in which she replied with: I wan to box you or pi la or you very lame. Thats fun.

We saw something quite interesting; a solar power chargers for moblie phones. Thats the 1st time I seen it.

There was many booths selling mini SD cards (one of the items I had in mind). We asked all the booths for their pricing 1st before deciding on the cheapest. Most booths are selling from $40.00 to $45.00.

Well actually Jami bought the mini SD 1GB from one of the booths for $38.90. I didnt buy that because I was not really sure whether I want to get it. Then, on the other end of the hall, we saw a booth selling for $37.50! Of course I grabbed this chance. And so I got for 37.50 and Jami got it for 38.90; I cheated her of 1.40 :Pp. I am good.

At around 1pm we decided to settle for a lunch break. And I need to sort out all the brochures and price list. But the main reason is that, we were tired.

Settle down at Carl's Jr. for lunch. Decided what I wanted, and went back to the Fair for the 2nd time. Same thing, we were handed the same brochures and price lists...

Visited our classmates 1st since Jami is leaving to meet up with her friends. Say byebye and I proceed with shopping:

I wanted to take a picture of all my stuff but...my digtial camera had exhauated its power and the 'best' thing is...I LOST MY CAMERA CHARGER!!! Well I cant find it...does that fit to the meaning of lost? I wonder if there is anyway I can get 1 ~_~ Or I can always hope it will appear tomorrow?

Although I woke up early and felt sleepy, my feet hurt, got bang by people, ignored by sales person...it was a fulfilling day.

Revived!

Now there, I revived my blog today. Well partly due to peer pressure but most come from my own decision; friends around me has been asking me why am I not updating and why I stopped writing.

I suppose it happens to most people? Sometimes you just dont want to write. As for my case, it happens for like one year plus?

Anyway before I proceed, I would like to thanks Wanting to help me edit my skin. Thanks!!

Time really flies; I am already in mid section of my year 2 of studies. Unbelieveable!

The 1st half of the year had been fulfiling.

Since January, my course has been converted from a full time basis to a part time course. My classmates had found work except me, staying at home during the day time and going for lessons in the evening. That leaves me a with lots of time on hand.

Well, is true I am a lazy bum :Pp...but also there is another reason why I did not find a job.
The dreadful reservist ~_~

Due to this uneventful 'country obligation' I cant look for work ~_~

And that spun from March 20th to March 31th, a freaking 12days!!

Not to mention that it was also very siong...

On top of that, I was still having lessons from that point...

I tried deferring but end up rejected twice..

Did M16 drills, range and I was assigned to SAW weapon. Well that was fun though. Did the drills and range for SAW.

THere was also the section movement, section live firing, trench digging event and platoon live firing event...

The programs are so packed during my 1st ICT..

I went for my evening lessons every other evening after each day of training. I cant really concentrate during those classes, man I was tired.

And it ended. Here goes my 1st ICT.

Following after my ICT, was my exams. Well, I never studied that much for last semester; played MapleSEA all the way. Can say that I am very slack last semester. Hmm I am going to work harder for next semester (Hey say is one thing, to DO it is another :P).

That was generally the 1st half of 2006.

The 2nd half of 2006 is happening now.

I am having my beloved holidays now. Slacking at home as usual. Nope, never find work. You ask why?

On course in July...YES! Army call up!! ~_~ My life is so 苦...Sob...
This time round, is a 1 month July course...in which I am also starting school in July...plus I cant find work again!! NOoo!!! I dont want...
Haiz...I juz hate army...it taunt you for 2.5 years, and came thundering through after you ORDed...

I also found out the next high-key ICT is on next year Feburary ><>

And I want KTV!!

Juz borrowed a couple of books to pass my time during this holidays..I cant believe it..this semster passed so fast...really...

I went for CTAWE post-concert BBQ juz now in the evening.

Took the train to Bedok. I was meeting Rachel and Junwei to go. I thought I was late but surprisingly arrived on time and earlier than them.

Well..they did not know how to go too..Oh the BBQ was at East Coast Park.

We alight many many many...stops earlier than where we should..The pit was situated near Big Splash and we were like at Macdonalds? We had to walk all the way in..-_-||

But well..it wasnt that bad. It has been a while since i visited East Coast Park or rather a beach.

BBQ was nice. Best BBQ food I eaten. Cooked juz right and delicious! THe 3 of us were the earlier group. Helped ourselves to the food :Pp

I went for Yibin's birthday gathering today.we met at Suntec to watch Charlie and the CHocolte Factory. Ohh there were LiangYou, Jane, Yibin and Me. Four of us.

It was a very entertaining movie. COrny jokes everywhere. Recommanded to watch. The Great Glass ELevator was damn chio. Classic! There was chocolate everywhere...slurp!!! And yeh...Johnny Depp got a full set of PERFECT WHITE TEETH in the movie!! Wow!!

We went to Kushin Bo for our buffet dinner. Argg!! It was an expensive one..Sunday wor. Approximately 35bucks....

Wow, is the period of 'no mood to blog' againz. I always have these feels. But anyway I am back again :P

I attended WASBE Singapore Conference last week. At least for the concerts. It spun from Sunday 10th July to Saturday 16th July last week. I watched Hong Kong Wind Phiharmonia, University of Flordia Wind Symphony, The Stadtharmonie Zuruch Oerlikon-Seebach, Senzoku Gakuen College of Mucis Wind Esemble, Frysk Fanfare Orchestra and Boston Brass and lastly, on the closely day, Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra. I shared with my friends and bought some of the WASBE CDs. They will take about 10 weeks to arrive at my door.

School restarted on Thursday last week. It was a good start. It is time to be serious again. Heee.

We sourced around for the best price for my 512MB RAM and 160GB HDD. Finally I got 2 512MB RAM and a 160 GB HDD.

Now at that point in time, Honey was feeling super bad. Oops. It seemed that we spent too much time at Sim Lim :Pp Sorry Honey. We went over to Bugis Parco. Honey wanted to source for her friend's birthday present. She was feeling better I think, coz she was smiling and talking.

She got a belt. And we went home.

I installed my RAMs and the HDD. Now I have to try to make my computer read my HDD as 160 GB oppose to now, which is reading it as 127GB only....

A sad story I came across.....

my mom only had one eye.
i hated her... she was such an
embarressment..
my mom ran a small shop at a flea
market.
she collected little weeds and such to
sell...
anything for the money we needed
she was such an embarressment.
there was this one day during elementary
school..
it was field day, and my mom came.
i was so embarressed. how could she do
this to
me? i threw her a hateful look and ran
out.

the next day at school...
"your mom only has one eye?!?!" ..and
they
taunted me.
i wished that my mom would just
dissappear from
this world
so i said to my mom,
"mom.. why dont you have the other
eye?!
if you're only gonna make me a
laughingstock,
why dont you just die?!!!"
my mom did not respond..
i guess i felt a little bad, but at the same
time, it
felt good to think that i had said what i'd
wanted to
say all this time..
maybe it was because my mom hadnt
punished
me,
but i didnt think that i had hurt her
feelings very
badly.

that night...
i woke up, and went to the kitchen to get
a glass
of water.
my mom was crying there, so quietly, as if
she
was afraid that she might wake me.
i took a look at her, then turned away.
because of the thing i had said to her

was something pinching at me in the
corner of my

even so, i hated my mother who was
crying out of
her one eye. so i told myself that i would
grow up
and become successful.
cause i hated my one-eyed mom and our

then i studied real hard.
i left my mother and came to Seoul and
studied,
and got accepted in the Seoul University
with all
the confidence i had.

then, i got married.
i bought a house of my own.
then i had kids, too..
now i'm living happily as a successful

remind me of my mom.

this happiness was getting bigger and

then a wave of relief came upon me...

one day, a letter regarding a school
reunion came
to my house. so, lying to my wife that i

on a business trip, i went.
after the reunion, i went down to the old
shack,
that i used to call a house...just out of
curiosity

there, i found my mother fallen on the
cold ground.
but i did not shed a single tear.
she had a piece of paper in her hand.... it
was a
letter to me.

my son...
i think my life has been long enough
now..

and... i wont visit Seoul anymore...
but would it be too much to ask if i

come visit me once in a while?
i miss you so much.. and i was so glad

heard you were coming for the reunion.

My pc is down..I was watching the movies ROBOTs half way when the whole CPU suddenly switch off by itself. I cant switch it on anymore after that. I thought it was a short-circuit but my monitor and modem are working fine. I hope is not my motherboard that is burnt out..........so sad :(((

I went to Communic Asia Convention today. My first trip to EXPO.

Woke up at 11am. I was so sleepy but was going to catch the MRT at 12pm.

The convention was at EXPO. Pee and me went there to meet Honey for lunch. She was working at one of the booths there.

It was crowded. So many people. All were working professionals. In coats and ties.

We cant get into the convention when we reached. Said that we needed a name card. Thus both of us had no choice but retreat. And since it was nearing 1pm, we decided to wait outside for Honey.

She came out with 2 registration forms. Told us we could get in by filling up the forms.
Anyway we managed to get seats at the food court although there were so many pple.

Honey went back (those who got a pass got their own entrance) and both of us went to the main entrance. I had to fake out some organisation...-_- Lucky that was the only incident. I got my admittance pass without further obstruction.

It was different for Pee though. The lady at his booth wanted him to fill up the whole person particular area (whereas I only put my name and fake out an organisation). He was simply piss but had to do what she asked. I had a feeling they know we were faking..but well whatever..

Off we go. First we went over to Honey's booth. Juz chatted for a while and I asked her for the toy ant she mentioned about. She said she will give me if she found any extra. Pee wanted to survey the mobile phones are Hall 3 so off we went (we were at Hall 6.).

THus after Pee had done his viewing, we walked back to Hall 6. Honey got the toy ant for me!! So cute it was!!

And Honey's partner was cute! :Pp But too bad she's attached already :((...

We bidded good bye. Pee went to find his other fren but he waited for like half an hr before he could speak to her.

It consists of 5 novels in 1 book namely, The HitchHiker's Guide to the Galaxy, The Restaurant at the End of the Universe, Life, the Universe and Everything, So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish and lastly..Mostly Harmless. All written by Douglas Adams.

I got my lecture notes for the next semster. I going to take only 3 modules!! Finanical Accounting, Prices and Markets (MicroEcons) and Commerical Law. Commerical Law is the supposed killer but I will work for it.

Pee came over to my house this evening to help me attached a CD-RW drive to my CPU. My PC crashed after that...But he fixed it later the night after our collection of the notes. Proster. Lol.

I will have to revise my last sems' modules. Preparation for the coming new term. Going to start after my esemble concert!!

Going EXPO with Pee tml. Meeting up Honey for lunch at her new working place. She told us there's a couple of SCCs at her area. Hehehe :Pp

School is starting in 3 weeks time and I am looking forward to it. Well...sort of...I will be missing my days of slackness and boredom too..

I will be going back to SIM on Tuesday to collect my notes and attend the briefing on next semster. I hope I willl get the exemption from Marketing Principles.

I attended Ngee Ann poly's concert yesterday evening. The 'side dishes' (Percussion ensemble and combo band) were marvellous. The concert itself was generally well. Not fantastic but entertaining. Chatted crap with Aik Kee, their conductor and my one time Band B director. From the looks of it, the band members really like him. One of the players told me it was because of him that they like the band. I has been a long time since I played in a full band. Really miss that.

Usual soccer session this morning. It was raining early in the morning and stopped in time for the session. Oh my..it was very humid. I was practically 'watering' myself...sweat never stop flowing...And I got this hot burning sensation in my stomach while playing. It must be due to the Mee Siam I ate earlier. Remind myself not to eat hot stuff before soccer...

I sorted of miss some of my friends. Would really like to meet them up for a meal or something..but these things cost money..and I am really out of cold hard cash these days.

My friend recently told me I was more shuai during poly days. I fattened up quite a lot these years. I am ready to be cooked. :Pp And I was really different (looks) 5 years ago and now. I lost my sharp chin which I din realise I got until last few days when I looked at my photos. I think I looked younger now than my younger days. And crapper...and more cok...and friendlier..and more knowledgeable.

To sum up this, I will be having an esemble concert this Friday with Clementi Town Alumni Wind Esemble. Tickets are at 5 bucks and will be held at Youth Musican Society.

1st day of work at Robinson Raffles City was tiring. My feet are all numb from standing the whole day. I was deployed to the towels section where I fold and keep them tidy. Of coz there was the job of answering quiries to the customers. It was a tedious job, folding that is. The towels were messed up quickly and had to be refolded again and again.
Folding the towels is easy but dusty. Yup. My nose was itchy the whole time and my hair trapped some of the dust..yuck...
My work hours are 10am-10pm..whole day!!
There was a sale of a dollar hand towel. They were all sold out before lunch time.
I ate bread for luch and dinner. The food there was too expensive. Basically at least 5 dollars per meal..that makes a total of 10 dollars per day for the meals...wow...

I attended my friend's 21st birthday party this evening. I have never seen her for 2 years plus...At the party I saw some friends who I had also not seen for ages too. We talked about what we did and what are we doing currently. Nice chat.
It was a pink party. Everyone has to wear pink...><. The food was great. Yummy. But the place was hard to find. I 跟縱 a family to the chalet. Took my chance and I was lucky. Many pple were there when I reached.
Talking about luck..I was super lucky during this morning's soccer session. I scored 6 goals...diaoz..Normal days I could hardly score any goals and this morning I actually scored 6...My friends were all shocked..lol..LUCKY!!

I attended Singapore Polytechnic Concert Band Concert 5 hours ago. I went with Nicholas and Sean, both who graduated from SP a yr ago. They are now serving the nation. I ORDed.

AnYway, Sean went to get flowers and a cute toking toy from Funan florist. Newly opened. He bought them for 28bucks (WOW!!) for his GF performing.

I saw many 老朋友!! Been a couple of years since I saw some of them. They were looking well and some are going to be enlisted to the Army. Yup. Serving the NAtion.

The concert was good. Really. I think is better than last year's MD. Horns were powerful and clear. Amazingly, there were like over 10 horn players. But they sounded unison and precise.

The flutes chorales were great. Texture of the chords can be heard. Great job!!

The whole band sounds good generally. Chords were heard. The colour of them. The texture, the timbre. I love the endings. FOr slow ones, they ended nicely. Yeh. In the order of high, middle and than bass parts. Beautiful. Clarinets need to be heard more and some parts the whole band generally sounded unclear. But is good concert. I enjoyed it very much.

One particular piece brought back my memories. Theatre Music. The band played this piece this evening. I played this during my 2000 SP band tour a few years back. It was one of the music for the Australian competition. The other piece was Singapura Suite. We performed these 2 pieces in the Sydney Opera House!! The tour spanned about 1 week. It was really fun. THose were the days...

The concert ended at 730pm. Few of us hang around in the concert hall. THen 5 of us, Nicholas, Leon, me, Regina and Jessica went off to Raffles City for dinner. We ate at Burger King. We chatted over everything, from computers to MSN to Bitorrents, etc. All of us spilt up around 9pm.

Yesterday was a long day. Yup! Woke up at 11am in the morNing (usual la..now holiadays). Slack around a bit den went over to SIM to collect assignements. Well..I helped some of my clasSmates to collect thieir copies. What to do..I live the neaRest go schooL.

I didnt exPect that the assIgnments would be so heavY!! The lady who was attending to the collection of asSignments thought I was mad...wHole lots of assignments....On top if thAt, I went to SP to prac aftEr that. Super clumsy I was. Carrying my bulky trUmpet cAse and whOle lot of assignments..

No one was at SP band room agAin..no prac yestErday. Practised for abt 2hrs, coz I was goinG to meet Pee in the eVening. He went to mY housE to slaCk beFore meeting my otheR classmate for dinner.

Both of us meet uP with Honey..yeh thats her name..our classmate. Took us some time to get use on calling her name...>< We slacked around in Mac...在浪費時間..waiting for the correct time to meet another classmate. She duno how to go...so we had to bring her.

730pm we met Jami. WE MISSED THE CRUCIAL STOP!!! THe next bus stop wAs miles away!!! We looked helplEssly as the bus sped away. It was all my fault. I told them not to alight at the coRrect bus stop...It turned right and finally stopped near a fly over..No choice..we had to walked back.

Been reading The Da Vinci Code duRing the weekend. 2nd time reading it. Well..its great, worth a 2nd sHot. Anyway I went to check out some stuff abt tHis book this time in the InternEt. Look at the paintings by Da Vinci. I also came across the Ambigrams. Very interesting wOrd arts. Words that can be read upsiDe down, across and 1 word which contAin another word. Drop by this webby for more interesting facts abt Ambigrams. Ambigrams are featured in the book Angels and Demons.

I read countless books. Most of them more than once. Yup. I reRead some of the moRe appEalling ones. I like fantasy and selective thrillers. And I also read 武俠/科幻小說. I dun really liKe deTective or hOrror books. Some of my favourite/frequent authors are John Grisham, Michael Crichton, Dan Brown, David Eddings and Piers Anthony.

I went down to SP this afTernooN. Yup. Practising. 2pm to 6pm man. Hardcore. But then is really fullfiling..hey is mY intErest mah oO...Saw many neW faces. THis means I am getting older...Why? Because as the yEars passed, those who I known would have slowly graduated.. :Pp Anyway I will go down again oN Wednesday to practise again.

Back from the concert. Woah a lot of pple attended the concert. There was already a long queue when I reached at 230pm. Lucky met a fren who was a bit in the front. She asked us to cut their queue hehe.
The concert was not bad. Phantom was played the best. Marvellous. Other pieces were ok. The band's last chord for all the pieces were superb. Resonant and clear.
Went over to Hagen Diaz for tea break. Major Tng and SSG Aik Kee joined us (suean and jiahui) suddenly. Why? Coz it was juz after the concert and they were passing by Hagen Diaz. Both of them were having something on the evening so they joined us till their meeting time.
We juz chatted over everything. Tok cok most of the time. QUite enjoyable really.
We all left Hagen Diaz at 730pm. Stayed there for 2hrs and drank dunno how mani glasses of water. They went off for their stuff and we all proceeded to MPH at CityLink. Liang you came after that.
Suean went off and thus left the 3 of us. Clementi for supper!! I was super tired in the bus. At the coffee shop, watched Newcastle VS Bolton though it was quite a boring match.
Have not read up for Introductory Accounting for tml lesson..die liaoz..too tired..going to slp soon..

Yo all. Been quite bz last week. Had 2 tests. Econs and Business Stats. Haiz..I found out that I cant change my answer last minute. Coz it was to be correct at 1st. Sianz..Happened during the Econs test AND the Business Stats one. Next time I would not change anything!! -_-\\
Alumni band concert is coming liaoz. But there were still no sign of pple attending prac. Especially the trumpet section. I dun even noe who are playing nia -_-||. Concert will be on the 19th of March.

Going for Central Band Concert later at Esplanade Concert Hall. Its FREE!! Been a while since I did attend any concerts. Meeting Suean and Jiahui later at 145pm. Hope we can have good seats :D.

Sorry for not updating..I feeling lazy again as usual. Firstly Happy Chinese New Yr! This is the yr of the Rooster.
I was borned in Jan in the Yr of the Dog but in the Chinese Calendar I am in the Yr of Rooster. Well I have no idea wat animal I am in. Identity crisis nia. Can somemore enlighten me?
This yr CNY, I only went to 1 relative house; my Uncle's. Bad CNY. Only received 2 Reds. Oh well, doesnt matter ba. I dun seem to care much though. My cousin brought his kid along. Only 10months old. Super shy baby. Will only stick to his mum. Wont let other pple touch or carry him else he will cry. Kawaii ne!
SIM had a week of holiday during the CNY week. Oh my. I feel guilty. Never study at all..-_-|| Need to buck up man. Oops juz think out loud. Hee.
Valentines' day was juz yesterday.As usual I spent it at home with my beloved. My PC~!! Hehe.

Woah been a while since i wrote. Had a small class gathering juz now. Went over to Yuxin's house (one of my classmate) to had a simple steamboat meal. 13pple went; Yuxin(host), Meixin, Jami, Rachael, Ami, Zhimin, Nathalie, Liyan, Kelvin, me, Roy, Pee and Bryan. Some of them went to play mahjong, others watch tv or eat. Took couple of pictures. Can view it here.
Saw Kelwin while on the way back. Chatted on Naruto and then school and work. When I got home, I feel dizzy..coz of the bus ride..too long liaoz!!! Yun che!!

Watched Shall We Dance this afternoon at Marina Square. Nice movie. Both the lead actor and actress (Richard Gere and Jennifer Lopez) clicked really well. Beautiful dance, some humour and nice story. I liked the part where it says you get married coz you want somemore to witness your ups and downs. Somemore who will know everything you do. Someone there to notice. (I suppose so. I dun really noe the exact words..-_-).

After the movie(lasted 108mins) met up with Jiahui. She gave me a birthday(belated) present~! Thank you!

Waited for Sean and Chermaine to meet up for dinner. Took the train to Toa Payoh. Oh my. So many pple. Crowded. We went to Sakura Restaurant. Cost 26SGD. Ate really alot (it was a buffet). As usual there was lots of laughter. Liangyou joined us at 7pm.
Took picture(confirm). Left at 815pm. Go home. Hahha.

Right anyway I juz connected to the internet using SCV MaxOnline. At last. Cool man. Fast. Smooth. Slick. I will collect my router on Wednesday. Then the other PC can enjoy the same internet connection hehe. Mini lan hehehe.

Today lecture was fulfiling. I learned(t) more this morning then the 3 days by the RMIT Lecturer! Funny right. Well it have to do with how u teach. The local lecturer gave us layman examples. Using simple numbers and we followed up step by step. The RMIT lecturer just lectured and lectured and lectured....ohh well you get my point dunch you? So half the time we juz listened and listened and listened..I guess without understanding much.

Tomorrow wun be having any class. And I found out Friday is a public holiday.

Juz went down to Clementi Pasa Malam and bought 2 pair of shorts and 1 pair of jeans. Shorts cost 12 bucks and the jeans cost 20 bucks. I withdrew 50 bucks from my bank. So 50SGD-12SGDx2-20SGD equals 6SGD. (Sorry..zhou huo lu mo(walk fire in devil) on accounting liaoz -_-)

I know more pple in my class after last week. THey are all nice and young (-_-||) and energatic(means they are noisy) pple. I suppose I can say is the best class I ever had.

Lectures by RMIT lecturers finished yesterdae. Next week will be the start of local lecturers teaching us. I hope I would be able to understand them more clearer. Tml lesson on Introductory Accounting..the one I feared most.

Tong for 1 week of school. Quite difficult to cope. Everything the lecturer said was new. Well I guess I have to put extra effort. Feel stress liaoz hahaha. Know all the guys in my class on the 2nd day. Not bad ppl they are. 2 were from JC and 2 were from poly last time.
Went down to Simlim to get a PC. Wow so many pple!! Assembly my PC at Fuwell. All my frenz go there. Total cost of my PC: 1.4k. Finally set it up juz now but still has to download upgrades. Also I had terminate my Singtel Broadband for a SCV MaxOnline 1500. So that means my email account will be gone too. In a months time though.
Woot so fast Jan liaoz..which means..my bdae coming. Yup this Tues, 11 Jan..hint hint..:Pp. 23yrs old le..haiz..getting older as the time goes.

Got a bag from West Mall Sport Connection yesterday afternoon. Liang you told me it was having a 40percent sale there. Got a deuter bag (SGD71.40) and took a bus down to Somerset to meet Liang you, Jiahui and Sue Anne.
It was raining and there was not much ppl compared to last yr's countdown. Mayb due to the Tsunami Diaster that happened a week ago. The fireworks at Esplanade was cancelled due to that too.
We ate at Cafe Catel for our dinner (or izzit supper...), then walked down to Marina Square. What a long journey.....collected our tickets (LY reserved it the day b4). Went to the nearby Mac for a drink. And we spent our countdown there.
Watched the movie production of The Phanton of the Opera. It was ok. Well..really ok for me. The singing was marvellous. Naturally coz its a musical. Found out that the music always revolved around the same theme in the movie.
Took NR8 back home. Need to slp. Later goin to Jeffery house for Steamboat.

Went to Simlim with Kelwin, his gf, Pee and Huili. Kelwin wanted to get a pc, Pee wanted to buy a monitor, printer and speaker. I got myself a printer(Canon Pixma IP3000) and bluetooth port.
Reached at 1130am but waited for Pee and Huili to come. Ate lunch and we proceed shopping. We went over to Fuwell PC shop where all of us discuss wat kind of parts Kelwin need/want. Meanwhile Pee and I went over to Cybermind and we bought our printers. Kelwin was at Fuwell from 1pm plus to 4pm plus...His whole PC package cost 2.5k...I suppose is all high-end products...kan expensive -_-|||...Kelwin drove me home; the others went over to his house to help him fix up his PC.

Went for another Christmas gathering juz now. Met up with Kaiqi, Syafiq, Junwei, Rachel and Cheryl. Went over to Swensons at Orchard. Ate Curry Baked Rice. Nice. Yum.
Rachel drove so we ended up at Changi Airport. We were going to Coffee Club Express but there was no Coffee Club at Changi Airport. All we found was Coffee Bean and Starbucks. In the end we went to Swensons...again!!!
Ordered Earthquake and dunno wat banana thingy (forget the name..). Exchange pressie. I got a bathing set stuff. Junwei got my Mickey Mouse Towel set.
Credit to Syafiq, who introduced us to the art of disappearing in videos. So we spent our time trying to take the 'disappearing' video act. Hahaha. Fun. Lots of laughter. We were a bunch of six coksters jumping and banging the wall around Changi Airport.
Rachel drove us home. Thanks alot man :D.

Merry Christmas!!
Went to PS to watch Kung Fu Hustle yesterday evening. Met up with Liang You, Yihui, Janice and Jiahui. The MRT was packed with pple!!! Agrr!! I almost cant get out of the train at my stop. I was late. Had to race from the stn to PS. It seems I had not exercise for a very long time...got tired after a short while of running...-_-|||
It was very funny. I didnt even noe it was going to end and it feels like a short movie (too good liaoz). Must watch movie!
THe show ended around 9pm++. Went to Fish and Co. for our meal. As expected, there was many pple there. We waited half an hr for our table.
An expensive meal. Spend SGD34.50 on Seafood Platter for 1. Haiz...help...I am thoroughly broke. Walked down to Tangs to meet up with Liang You's fren. Well speeds up digestion too.
It was so very crowed..Everywhere in Orchard Road was packed with pple. Passerbys were being 'attacked' by foamly stuff emitted from spray cans. We were not spared....yuck...
Watched some countdown celebration peformance. Justin and Keith were performing too. After the countdown party, Liang You went off to meet his poly frenz. Keith, Justin and his gf Cindy joined us.
Got attacked by spray cans again. This time worst...no comments man...
In the end all of us ended up in Long John Silver (the one near to PS de). Tok and eat and tok until it closed. We took Night Rider back home. Got home at around 430am in the morning.
An expensive but fulfiling evening.

2years 5 months ago this day (august 19th 2002) I was enlisted to the Singapore Arm Forces for my 5 months (PTP batch) Basic Military Training course at Tekong Island. I almost cried (I say ALMOST) when I see my parents left me at the end of the day. I was enlisted to Delta Company Platoon 2 Section 4. Saw my section mates..all complete stranger to one another. But at night suddenly we all became frenz..I guess we were all in a new place and all of us needed one another for assurance.
I was like the kid of the whole platoon. Well all of platoon 2 was 21yrs old whereas I was the only 20yr old there. Ohh I was last in the whole platoon 2. Thus I can say all my platoon frenz took care of me well esp. my section. Overall it was not a bad experience. I can say I had gain lots of stuff during my BMT days. Yup. I find myself a more confident person than last time.
I remembered one of the sgt said that I will surely get into SISPEC(specalist course..come out become sa tiao) but I always rebuke him; I said I want to go in Band. And so I got into SAF Band(dunno why also..I didnt perform well during the audition...mayb my constant nagging to my sgt brought me here..).
There was 3 other frenz who got into band with me. Alex, Deric and Kelwin. All 3 were trombonist (-_-||). In the training wing(before u get into any of the 3bands you muz go through a 2months music course) I got to know other pple. There was Kian Keong, Melvin and Gary from my section. In addition to my 3 tbone frenz there was Zhi En. Gavin and Stanley from saxophone. Hafiz from clarinet. Daniel, Pee, Adham and Kiat from percussion. Shihao from flute.
At the end of the course we got posted differently to the 3 bands. With me were Pee, Stanley, Adham, Kian Keong and Zhi En in Band B at Tengah AirBase.
My 1st parade was COG main. That was my 1st time playing while marching. Very difficult. I cant play while marching(at that time).
After that we did countless other parades. GOH(most of the time a small parade held to welcome visiting VIPs from other countries), COCs(change of command), funerals(needless to say...I hate it..), SAF Day(1 yr once..a super tiring parade). I also did 2 displays. Navy open house and Army open house. Very enjoyable.
We also played soccer, had games, tok cok and other silly but funny stuff.
And today is my ORD day. Yup after 2yrs 5months I had ORDed. It was a learning experience for me. Adds up the memories I had stored in my head.
Now this is the beginning of a new phase for me.

Right I am back!! After a month of not updating hehehe. I been clearing my leave this month. And I was also working. well for 2 weeks only. I quitted on Tuesday. Need a break b4 my school term starts on Jan 3rd. I be doing a degree in Accountancy in SIM this Jan.
I worked at SASA warehouse during that 2weeks. Super tiring work. Carry heavy stuff to tagging price tags. Non stop working man. At least it was better den slacking at home though. The pple there are good. Always asked us (2 other frenz worked with me) to eat. Lots of food. I think I grew fatter there.
Xmas coming. 5 more days. Haiz..gotta spend $$$ again. This Fri, Sat and Sun got xmas dinner. Helped!! I am goin to be leeched dry...I PB..poor boi...Nevertheless I like xmas alot. I guess it is because of the joyous mood. Is the feeling.
I haven even shopped for the pressie..dunno get wat..wat the hell..let nature takes it course lo...

The Incredibles

Juz came back frm catching The Incredibles at Jurong Pt. cinema. Kinda of late, rather earli for this entry. The movie was great. Veri action packed. Its funny. Lots of cool machines and gadgets (I esp. like the villian's 'Zero Point Ray'). And the heroes(they were called 'Supers') were each having their own speciality.
One had super human strength, the other can stretch like a rubber band. Their 3 kids each having their own powers; invisibilty and force field, run super fast, able to shape to anything at will (the baby). A super hero family!
As usual the animatation were superb. Of coz u should sort of expect this frm Pixar. Nothing less. But the best thing that amazed me was the chasing scene. U watched it u will noe.
Recommended. Really a worth enough movie to watch.

I have been playing MapleStory since Friday. Been bored and see some of my frens playing it so I gave it a try. Quite a nice game. Now trying to increase my level for job change. Well if u are bored and needed to pass ur time, try it. :D

TOdae is my last day...
Feel kinda of down. Afterall I'd spent 2yrs plus with Band B. Knew them all. Close to them. Now I had to leave. Really, I miss them already. I will remember my days in Army. Made lots of frenz. Memorable days.....
I was frm Batch 52 in my training wing days. I was juz posted to the Band. Stayed at Tanglin Camp during that time. Has much fun together with my batch mates. Attended the Anunal Dinner and Dance which had the theme of Wild Wild West. Next we also took part in the SPort Days games at Pasir Ris Beach.
I was posted to Band B at Tengah Airbase. Together with me were Stanley(sax), Zhien(tbone), Pee(percussion), Kian Keong(tpet) and Adham(percussion).
Spent abt a yr at Tengah Airbase. Was in Bunk 10 with Pee. There was CHinsong, Guangyi and Bryan in the bunk too. Chinsong and Guangyi ORDed in a short while. Den 2 bandsman joined us in our bunk. Aloy and Soonwei. Both eupo player. There were also addition of 2 new tpeter; Glen and Qifeng.
Had a great time there. We played soccer, ate at the Spec Mass, went to Jurong Pt and Lot 1. Not to mention we also went for GOH, SAF day, COCs.
I remembered I went to Maju Camp for my 1st understudy Quarterguard. Matthew played and I learned.
Den we moved to Nee Soon camp during the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2004. It was a whole new environment there. Far, and we need to climb up some slope to reach the White House(our base).
Got used to it a while later. Found out that all of us haf to do overnite duty. Well we need to stay in the HQ office to take calls and run errands. There is also the need to stay in camp.
We moved frm our new bunk at Nee Soon Camp to an older one. DId our 2nd SAF day.
We haf a change of command in Band B. Changed our BSM to WO Goh. SSG Tham joined us as ABSM. Sgt Kadar and Sgt Kayi joined Band B too. SSG Gibert, MSG Radin and SSG Ridzwan went to Central Band. Also SSG Aik Kee came back frm overseas study and joined Band B as our future Director of Music whereas Cpt Yusri was posted to Training Wing.
We did Army Open House. Perform a Display for this impt event. It was quite enjoyable. Many rehearsal but it seemed not as bad as normal parades.
Next we had our Botanical gardens performance. It was my 2nd one during my time in SAF bands. The 1st one was held early this yr. Some of my batch mates had started clearing their leave on this period of time.
4-5weeks later...yes! Today. I am clearing my leave.
Had DeepaRaya celebration in camp. Watched a simple video on both religion. We ate our food wif hands only. Quite a new experience. Not use to it though :P..
Will haf a meet up wif Band B pple this Fri.

I juz came back from my ensemble prac. My fren asked me to help out in his Vocal Recital Concert which is goin to be held this Sat at UCC. It consist of 1 tpt, 1 fhorn, 1 tbone, 1 alto sax, 1 bass clarient, 2 flutes. Though we will only be performing with the vocalist for the last piece, it was an interesting and enriching experience for me. Those vocalist are breathtaking and sang marvellously. Wonderful. Better den Singapore Idol. This concert is aimed to give the vocalist more exposure and experience. Its free(but u need a invitation) and held at the UCC this Sat.
Will be doing COG support tml. It will be my last parade for the band. Been doing so mani parades and at last I will be doing my last. I am clearing my leave on Wed. Resting and looking for job ba.
My mum gave her consent for me to study at SIM. It was truly a goot news for me but I wonder if I would like to work or study...

It was Zhenqiang Bdae Yesterday. He was 21 yrs old :P
Was invited to his house for a party. He lives at Hougang! Damn far frm my house man! Took 165 to Hougang Interchange. Reached in abt 1hr20min...
Kah How brought me to his house(I nv gone to his house b4). We reached quite earlier. There was onli 1 other guest except us. Later Johnson came followed by Charlie and den the Band B group.
Zhenqiang mum cooked for the party. Nice! We ate alot. ZQ opened his neighbour house for us. Well his neighbour was out overseas so they were allowed to use the house. 2 houses for the party.
Later some of us watched A Date With The Vampire 3. It was downloaded by his dad. Dun really understood the show. We only watched the 1st and 2nd episode.
Took pictures here and there (will Post them up later). ZQ had his Cake cutting/singing ceremony. Wow his cake was big. It was a piano shaped cake. Juz nice for the musically inclined ZQ!
Quite a lot of ppl attended the party. The SAF Band B group was the biggest.
After the Cake cutting/singing it was the DauPok session!! Wat is DauPok? Human Pancake! Hahaha!! Went over to the neighbour house. The 2 targets were Charlie and of coz ZQ!
Left around 2000hrs. Accompanied Justin, Johnson and Chen Guo to Cinelesiure to catch Shark Tales. Tickets were almost sold out so we got 2 rows frm the front on the right..We had 2 hrs b4 our show so we went to TCC for a drink.
The movie was not bad. Humour was the main highlight. I didnt noe whose voice was for which fish at 1st. I made a guess and was half right. Short movie. I dint even noe it was ending den it ended..><||||
Took NR8 back home (it was already 1am).

Went over for a BMTC section get-together outing yesterday evening. Been around 2 yrs since we split and went to different vocations. Quite memorble and everyone still the same. One of them went to be a sniper, 1 become a rifle man, my buddy is a officer. Now we are going to ORD liaoz. Time really flies.
Ate at Crystal Jade at Suntec. Woot. Burn a hole in my pocket man. :P But was delicious and all of us were full. Cost 183bucks for all 8 of us. ><||
Walk a bit. We chatted over the past, wat we will be doing after ord over at BK. Went back ard 1130pm.
Today met up with Jiahui and Liangyou for precelebration of Liangyou's 22nd (you certainly took ur time to become 22..) bday. Janice and Yihui cant make it so thats left 3 of us. Ate at Cafe Carte...help..burn another hole liaoz. My money flown away..:<< haiz..2 more weeks to clearing leave...

Less den 1 more month till I start clearning my leave. Gonna to find work liaoz. Some of my frenz who ORDed had alreadi found work. Looking into Recruits liaoz. Seeing whether there are jobs avaliable ><||. Sort of limited for my field of studies..Well any field will do though :D.
Bought KungFu Football. Quite nice but effects are too unreal. But hey its abt soccer so nvm lo.
Been sight reading pieces during full band last week. Wah lao all difficult de. Anyhow wack hahaha but is good training. I kinda of like sight reading alot.

Botanical Gardens Performance.

Done my last perf for saf band. Overall was quite well. Arrived earli at the performance venue. 1st time in my life in which I dunch need to do any arranging or carrying of instrument. There were ppl who were not involved in the perf. helping out. In fact quite a fair number of them.
I cok up my solo. Forgot 1 of the note and last min. change to the correct one while playing. Sian..but nvm. Heard that it was not obvious..well to some la :Pp
The spectators were not really responsive. Dunno y. Feel quite sorry for the conductors who played as the M.C too. No one laugh at the jokes or acknowledge them. Like an awkward slience whenever they finish some sentence. :Pp
Finish the whole thing at 1830hrs. Tired but took pic all the way(as usual). Went over to Chong Pang for late dinner. Marvellous one I had. Delicious :D.
Tml having an off day. Going to watch a R21 movie with my bandmates. ehhehe :P

My right ear is stuck..for 2 days liaoz..I duno wat happen to it. It doesnt feel veri goot. Theres a irriating buzzing sound emitting frm it..well only I can hear it. I think I better see a doc..I cant hear well now at least for my right side.

BMTC POP

Finally today finished BMTC POP. Wednesday was the full day rehearsal. Thursday School 2 POP and today the School 1 POP. Saw Edwin (sp trumpeter) and Liang jie (sp percussionist) POPing. Quite a relax and easy job.
I broke my specs yesterday nite..><||..Old specs man..had been with my since yr 3. I dropped it on the floor and when I picked it up..it became 2 pieces..diaoz!! Had diffculty looking at stuff..esp buses..Cant see the mace and baton well also. Luckily there was the bass drum. Made a new pair juz now. My right eye had a drop in degree!!! Geez..frm 300 to 250 degrees. Left eye..no change. At least my right dropped. Better den nothing.

Backache..

I am having a bad backache right now..Jogged 2.4km route yesterday. I had not jogged for months..:Pp now..the sudden jog makes my back ache..I guess I have not been warming up properly (at least on my back.) I could hardly bend ard..making my movement really unfexible and inconvenient. Had been applying Yoko Yoko (a kind of muscle relieve med.) every hour and then. Thats so unbearable man.
My IPPT for this yr will start on 30th Sept. I better exercise for that...><||
My ORD leave was approved on Thursday. Woah another step closer to ORDing.
Attended IBM (spband I Believe in Music). 1st half was ensemble band (different section bringing out their item) Flutes sounded the best. The tbone section put up a slide presentation for the past alumnis. Touching. Percussion sort of performed a musical thingy. Very creative and enjoyable. The trumpets are not bad though a bit short (the performance la..). 2nd half was the combined full band. The freshman perf. 2 pieces and den combined wif the rest of the band members.
The full strength of spband massive. A total of 130 members!!! It has been a while I actually see so mani clarinets (well clarinets are sort of a endangered species in spband) and tubas! 9 tubas man...and thats a lot..The concert was not bad. Sound of the band was strong and big (of coz...so mani ppl) Basses are heard clearly. Very. Overall intonation was ok..hey is a 130membered band ok..hard to tune. I really wish the trumpets will project a bit more but their sounds in American Graph. was goot. Precise and clear.
Going to haf BMTC POP rehearsal next week.

Did a funeral depolyment yesterday...is my 2nd one..

Had a weird dream yesterday morning...I dreamed that I was looking out of my window and saw a fast flowing river with lots of rocks on it. And there was a pillar in the middle of the river with a red button at the side. Den suddenly a girl appear in front of me. I dun remember wat happen but I knew that if I press the button on the pillar all the rocks will sink into the water. THats wat I did (I think so coz the rocks all sunk). I found myself in a boat with the girl and we were travelling downstream.
I realised I was going to have an adventure (like Indiana Jones..). We were going to a Pyramid to unearth some remarkable treasure. All I know was I seemed to know that the treasure is in an unground vault under the Pyrmid. It was superbly dark and dangerous (I haven arrived at the Pyramid yet..I juz know b4 when I was in the boat already..).
So eventually the girl and me reached the place which looks like a dock...the Pyramid entrance was juz beside the dock ><||. I remember that we were walking down this park in the Pyramid and suddenly gotten chased by guards..We hoped on to a train (huh a train in a Pyramid...). There was this skeleton gunner wanting to shoot me. The girl wacked the skele on its head and it crumbled ..I supposed it died..
Thats where I woke up..well my HP rang and it was my BOS asking me to go down for breakfast (I was doing duty). Werid dream.

Had my 3rd CTAWE concert on Thursday..I was having a bad time. Was in lowly low of the lowest form that day. Mispitches were free of charge...haiz...nevertheless..it was over..

Went to Zouk on Wednesday night/Thursday morning. Been quite a long time since I gone there. Went wif Zhien, Glen, Xuliang and Kelvin. Lots of hot chicks :pP (as usual). Met Glen's frenz there and both of them join us. I went home at 245am.

Will have off tml coz of the funeral depolyment we did yesterday.

Over! Its finally over! After 5 days of hard work..4 shows each day...the AOH ended today.
Sharon Au and Christopher Lee came to host the final Mainstreet parade. We let ourselves go and dance and sing and shout!!! Simply fun and crazy! Party man.

Back at home at last. I haf been staying in camp since Thursday for the Army Open House. It 1st started on Thurday, and will end on Monday. I had the chance to return home tonite.
The grounds of SAFTI is opened to various primary/secondary schools on Thursday and Friday. Did 2 display and 2 mainstreet parade on Thursday and 1 display and 1 mainstreet parade on Friday. All were really goot (heard frm our specs). Lots of stuff to see and play. There were exhibition of all army stuff, frm arty to commandos to guards. On Friday morning, some of us went to try the Urban Warfare. It a game like laser quest. 10 vs 10 "capture the flag" competition. Each of us were given a STA 21 and a battle suit. 1st time using it. Kinda of heavy (we dunch hold rifle..). A laser thingy is attached to the tip of the rifle and when fired, it will emit a sensor. If you are hit, your rifle will render unless. You need to reset your battle suit to continue playing.
We were given 25 rounds of blanks to fire. To our surprise, our opponent were from the commandos unit!! SAF band B vs the commandos!! Lose liaoz...But in the end, we won...wow SAF band won commandos unit in Urban Warfare..tyco nia hahaha. But anyw it was a cool experience. You dun get to handle real rifle in a normal day.
There was also free milo drink for everyone. Yummy thick cooling milo. My fren drank 17 cups in 1 day...I wonder how he can do it...I only manage 4 :Pp. I got lots of free goodies from the Open House. There is one that you only need to do chin ups and you will get 1 goody pack frm them. Well it was not much but the bag was nice. Theres another game in which you are to stand in a rectangular box and catch flying pin pong balls for a prize.
We also saw Fiona Xie at the exhibition. Apparently she was there to film the Open House for some program. Everyone was standing there looking. Hahah.
Today is the offical opening of the Army Open House. Played fanfare for Minister Teo Chee Hean and then the display. Good job! :Pp Ended the day with the Main Street parade.
1 thing bad abt this parade is the meals. We were practically eating KFC everyday!!! I cant stand the sight of fried chicken now...Too much!!
Everyday is a tired day for us..Lets hope it will end soon and well.

Thats wat happen this morning. 615am. I was still lying on the bed. And my phone rang. I met my fren at clementi interchange in the end. Found out he had reach clementi interchange at 615am....
And so we went to West Coast park for our 4x a yr JMPD LIFE run. 5km altogether.
I had decided to walk for all the whole 5km but in the middle of the stroll, St. Hassan, the SAF LIFE I/C told me to start jogging..I have no choice but to comply...As usual I was one of the last ><|| to reach the ending point. Everyone had already started warming down.
Ate 1 banana (Suean u happy rite? I eating banana..like monkey...><||) and 1 soyabean drink. Banana was nice but the drink erm..no comments :Pp.

Quarreled with my mum when I get back. She said I wasted money buying 8 days....I was like huh? is onli 8days...She juz scold and scold and scold and...my anger kabooom den started shouting back. Yeh..war...that was really ridiculous..is onli a 8days...Sometimes I think, why issit like this? She said I will surely be blinded (coz of the pc), will divorce with my future wife (watever), wun able to find a job...haiz...Thats why I kabooom!

Tired.
This week has been a tiring week for me. Esp. yesterday AOH rehearsal.
It was a very hot day. We went to SAFTI in the morning.
We had our 1st rehearsal. Went for luch after that.
We were supposed to have our street parade at 2pm. But we waited until 3pm, the rehearsal haf not started. Suddenly we were told to move up to the parade for Display rehearsal. We were already tired of waiting. Cok up man. We proceeded to our street parade after that display rehearsal.
Den we got another Display rehearsal at 4.30pm.
Dinner time.
Supposed to have the last street parade at 7pm. Waited at 6.45pm. 7pm came and went. 8pm. (ok we missed Singapore Idol..). The stupid thing only started at 9pm! We waited 2hrs for that! And the explaination? The I/C had not arrived yet and cant start after he came...
On top of that, we waited until 10pm for our transport to arrive!! By the time we reached camp, it was 11pm.
Wat a day...

Ho ho!!
I got my ORD calendar today! So wat does that means? It means I can start planning my leave for my ORD. Hey for us NSF, is a signficant event man. Yeh. Symbolises that you are nearing your ORD date.
I found out from the Chief Clerk that I had only 23.5days of leave..Oh well.. doesnt matter. All that matter is that I am goin to ORD lo.

But there is something that has be nagging me..since the 1st day I stepped into the army. Wat am I goin to do/work after I finish my NS?! I am very worried abt this. I feel that I cant find any work..Aggr!! So vexed man.

AYO Concert

2 words.
Absolutely brilliant.

Balance, intonation, dynamics..everything.

I was most mesmerised by the principal trumpeter. Damn he was good. He played the trumpet like eating, sleeping. So easy. High notes is free of charge. He can change his tone. From a narrow projective sound down to a deep warm melodic sound. Juz like that. I dunch noe how he do that. Articulation was precise. At the dot.

Absolutely brilliant.

AOH rehearsal this morning. Took a tonner to SAFTI and I got injured. My knee. It sort of snap when I suddenli straighten it. I felt a sharp pain. Ouch..Did 3 full rounds of rehearsal. A couple of my frenz and I were not able to book out straight..sux man. Went back to camp. Slack until 345pm and went home.
I realise my injury on my knee is quite serious. I cant really bend fully. Hurts badly when I try to do so. Wat happen man...Ouch!! ><||
Today is the offical handing over of Prime Minister Post. Mr Lee Hsien Long will be our new Prime Minister after today.

NDP was great this year. I loved 'MY HOME'. Well not the one sang by JJ Lin but the one sang by Kit Chan and the kids.
SYO performed for this year NDP too.
I was deeply affected by the NDP. I dunch noe..mayb is the song, mayb is the performance,..but really I felt my emotions rolling (controlled it though) in me. Especially the tribute to PM Goh. Truly an impt event.
The Singapore Idol!! Yah I been looking forward for the tv telecast of this! Very entertaining. Most of all it was hilarious. The prelimary rounds are the best!! All the funny parts come from the prelim. rounds. There is this guy who sing very soft. Well juz like the TV vol. 2 or 3. I thot my vol control was damaged but then the screen showed: This is the actual vol. pls do not adjust your vol. And that guy even ask the judges for comments..They cant even hear him...And there is this guy who sang Lemon Tree...And one who sing and strip...Are they tryin to seek attention?? Anyw I'm going to watch its 2nd installment next wed man. Muz watch! 2 thumbs up.

Met up with Liang You, Peirong, Zhihui, Cheng yee and Ivan yesterday for a movie. Watched I, Robot at Marina Square. Cold cinema. The show was good. I liked its dry humour. Those who have not watched it, go do it. Now. CG was fluid and realistic (well afterall its the 21thcentury..).
Went to meet up with Mel after the show. He was having a gig at suntec. But then we were half an hour late. When we arrived Mel and his frenz had already finished their gig and preparing to leave.
Ate an expensive dinner. Sizzler. Damned nice though. We waited for almost half an hr before we were allocated a table. The girls were all starving (and complaining of coz..). I was super bloated after the meal. It was superbly heavy. Can hardly breathe man haha. I guess I gain a significant of fat after that dinner. Cost me 25bucks (have to stay at home and eat bread..).
Went to have a walk to the esplanade. Stayed around the beach area (forgot wat it is called there..damneD!) and started taking pic. We took group photos and silly ones too. Had lotsa fun. The feeling was good. It was like you are only an insignificant being compared to the sky and sea. It has been a lot time since I went to a beach. At night. Really set me thinking abt many stuffs. Well we started throwing stones down the sea. Well suppose to be a 'problems' throwing act. And suddenly it became a completion...><||
We all went back home. At 2200hrs. They took the train. I took the bus (broke liaoz..no money even for train..).

Damned tired today. For a long time, I had not been playing soccer. My fitness is in bad condition. Started to feel tired after a couple of runs. After the match, my left thigh cramped...Not enough exercise/warmup ><...That's the price of slack life.
It has been very hot these days. I am been drinking alot of water. But I still cant quench my thirst. Juz yesterday, I drowned 1.5l (3bottles) of water. That made me go to the toliet VERY often...Argg why dunch it rain~!
Found out I cant attend the Thailand band concert on 11th August cause of a sudden add on of a AOH vetting. Damned wasted. Heard from my fren that they were superbly good. And they will be playing 3rd symphony. Unlucky..
A credential guards will be held tomorrow. Band B will be doing it. I hate credential guards parade. Long waiting time plus super hot sun plus 3-4 VIPs to play for.
Friday GOH at mindef. Again is Band B job. Busy man..busy..
