Phew! Huff..puff...
Woke up earli in the morning for the 3months once JMPD 5km LIFE run at West Coast Park..Met up with Justin and his dad drove us there. Ran onli 2.5km and i buay tiong liaoz...getting weak..in the end walk for most of the 2nd half of the route ><||. Ate Nasir Lemak after the ran and went back hm to catch up my slp..hmm my cough seems to get better le...but here comes another sickness...been in and out the toliet today...i wonder what i ate...:<. Had been vex abt the pic thingy that dun showed up...agrr so tedious...nvm..i guess i will learn frm experience ba.
Did nothing for the rest of the day...i feel i am wasting my life haiz..wat a terrible thought. The terrible thought of wat to do after my ORD is nagging me again...thats my top notch problem at the moment. I hope i be able to solve that.
