1st day of work at Robinson Raffles City was tiring. My feet are all numb from standing the whole day. I was deployed to the towels section where I fold and keep them tidy. Of coz there was the job of answering quiries to the customers. It was a tedious job, folding that is. The towels were messed up quickly and had to be refolded again and again.
Folding the towels is easy but dusty. Yup. My nose was itchy the whole time and my hair trapped some of the dust..yuck...
My work hours are 10am-10pm..whole day!!
There was a sale of a dollar hand towel. They were all sold out before lunch time.
I ate bread for luch and dinner. The food there was too expensive. Basically at least 5 dollars per meal..that makes a total of 10 dollars per day for the meals...wow...

I attended my friend's 21st birthday party this evening. I have never seen her for 2 years plus...At the party I saw some friends who I had also not seen for ages too. We talked about what we did and what are we doing currently. Nice chat.
It was a pink party. Everyone has to wear pink...><. The food was great. Yummy. But the place was hard to find. I 跟縱 a family to the chalet. Took my chance and I was lucky. Many pple were there when I reached.
Talking about luck..I was super lucky during this morning's soccer session. I scored 6 goals...diaoz..Normal days I could hardly score any goals and this morning I actually scored 6...My friends were all shocked..lol..LUCKY!!

I attended Singapore Polytechnic Concert Band Concert 5 hours ago. I went with Nicholas and Sean, both who graduated from SP a yr ago. They are now serving the nation. I ORDed.

AnYway, Sean went to get flowers and a cute toking toy from Funan florist. Newly opened. He bought them for 28bucks (WOW!!) for his GF performing.

I saw many 老朋友!! Been a couple of years since I saw some of them. They were looking well and some are going to be enlisted to the Army. Yup. Serving the NAtion.

The concert was good. Really. I think is better than last year's MD. Horns were powerful and clear. Amazingly, there were like over 10 horn players. But they sounded unison and precise.

The flutes chorales were great. Texture of the chords can be heard. Great job!!

The whole band sounds good generally. Chords were heard. The colour of them. The texture, the timbre. I love the endings. FOr slow ones, they ended nicely. Yeh. In the order of high, middle and than bass parts. Beautiful. Clarinets need to be heard more and some parts the whole band generally sounded unclear. But is good concert. I enjoyed it very much.

One particular piece brought back my memories. Theatre Music. The band played this piece this evening. I played this during my 2000 SP band tour a few years back. It was one of the music for the Australian competition. The other piece was Singapura Suite. We performed these 2 pieces in the Sydney Opera House!! The tour spanned about 1 week. It was really fun. THose were the days...

The concert ended at 730pm. Few of us hang around in the concert hall. THen 5 of us, Nicholas, Leon, me, Regina and Jessica went off to Raffles City for dinner. We ate at Burger King. We chatted over everything, from computers to MSN to Bitorrents, etc. All of us spilt up around 9pm.

Hey is Friday the 13th :P

Anyway heres a test I took:

Hand-Raiser
You are 71% Rational, 71% Extroverted, 14% Brutal, and 28% Arrogant.
You are the Hand-Raiser, that annoying kid in class who always had an answer for everything. No doubt, as a child you probably sat in the front of the class, anxiously waving your hand back and forth in the air while your teacher desperately tried to avoid calling on you because you were the ONLY fucking kid that answered her questions. Clearly, the key traits of your personality are your rationality and your extroversion. You are like a little talkative calculator, in other words. You also tend to be rather gentle and less arrogant than most people. So what is your defect, then? Well, you're boring, and when you're not boring, you are just plain annoying with your ultra-logical responses and constant need to talk to others. So keep waving that hand in the air, son. I'm still not calling on you. You are too logical, you talk too much, and your humility and gentleness only makes me hate you more, because they make me feel like I almost SHOULDN'T hate you. But I do. Big time.

To put it less negatively:

1. You are more RATIONAL than intuitive.

2. You are more EXTROVERTED than introverted.

3. You are more GENTLE than brutal.

4. You are more HUMBLE than arrogant.

Compatibility:

Your exact opposite is the Brute.

Other personalities you would probably get along with are the Braggart, the Haughty Intellectual, and the Robot.

*

*

If you scored near fifty percent for a certain trait (42%-58%), you could very well go either way. For example, someone with 42% Extroversion is slightly leaning towards being an introvert, but is close enough to being an extrovert to be classified that way as well. Below is a list of the other personality types so that you can determine which other possible categories you may fill if you scored near fifty percent for certain traits.

The other personality types:

The Emo Kid: Intuitive, Introverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Starving Artist: Intuitive, Introverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Bitch-Slap: Intuitive, Introverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Brute: Intuitive, Introverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Hippie: Intuitive, Extroverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Televangelist: Intuitive, Extroverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Schoolyard Bully: Intuitive, Extroverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Class Clown: Intuitive, Extroverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Robot: Rational, Introverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Haughty Intellectual: Rational, Introverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Spiteful Loner: Rational, Introverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Sociopath: Rational, Introverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

The Hand-Raiser: Rational, Extroverted, Gentle, Humble.

The Braggart: Rational, Extroverted, Gentle, Arrogant.

The Capitalist Pig: Rational, Extroverted, Brutal, Humble.

The Smartass: Rational, Extroverted, Brutal, Arrogant.

I didnt exPect that the assIgnments would be so heavY!! The lady who was attending to the collection of asSignments thought I was mad...wHole lots of assignments....On top if thAt, I went to SP to prac aftEr that. Super clumsy I was. Carrying my bulky trUmpet cAse and whOle lot of assignments..

No one was at SP band room agAin..no prac yestErday. Practised for abt 2hrs, coz I was goinG to meet Pee in the eVening. He went to mY housE to slaCk beFore meeting my otheR classmate for dinner.

Both of us meet uP with Honey..yeh thats her name..our classmate. Took us some time to get use on calling her name...>< We slacked around in Mac...在浪費時間..waiting for the correct time to meet another classmate. She duno how to go...so we had to bring her.

730pm we met Jami. WE MISSED THE CRUCIAL STOP!!! THe next bus stop wAs miles away!!! We looked helplEssly as the bus sped away. It was all my fault. I told them not to alight at the coRrect bus stop...It turned right and finally stopped near a fly over..No choice..we had to walked back.

Finally what it seemed to us like ages, we reacHed Holland V. (yeh we meeting at Holland V. for dinner). Met with 2 other classmates: Bryan and Yuxin. We deCided to eat at NYDC (we stopped outside NYDC and discuSsed what to eat..in the end we went in..). We ate (only Pee and me ate, the others just dranks refreshment..r we fat or what..), tok cok and toOk pictures!!

Camile came to meet the lot of us shortly after we sat down in NYDC.

Pee said: we muz take crap pictures so that when we grow old, we will laugh at all the pictures we had taken b4..and thus here it is...(will see lots of other 'laugh when old" pictures again...)

Thats Yuxin, Jami and Camile from left to right. Forming 1 2 5..supposely to be some variety show hand sign...

Guys version of 1 2 5...me, Bryan and Pee, from left to right.

Hmm well..no meaning at aLl...juz for the sake of taKing a pIcture..duh..

Yuxin and Jami..darn both of them are so formal..-_-

Bryan was saying: Dunch you think I am cool? Hey I am..Look at this!! Right..hes so cool..so I took a slanted one for him..cool mah.

The four girls together..Pee directed their position..they cant coordinate themselves for the picture..

Haiz..I was getting buLlied again..and that hurts ok..-_-

Camile and Honey. Both of them were good frenz b4 le. They were from SP together.

Pee got worked up all of a sudden..but Bryan was not fretting 1 bit..in fact he looks..happy?

Pee was teaching Camile how to play 十 十五..Well..didnt gone well as expected..Honey was listening intently..I supposed shes learning too.

Neko!! 招財貓!! But..dun seems to look like 1..bleah!!

A bribe!!! (Cash for payment..we are leaving NYDC liaoz)

Bryan cant bear to part with that 10 bucks. Is a new note. But too bad, in the end it falls into my hand.

All those who attended last evening dinner. 全家幅!!

We left at 10pm. We faced another problEm..where are we going now? It seems everyone was reluctant to go back home..so they discussed and I sat at some bench. 1030pm, they reached their conclusion. We would be going to Pee's house to play. Yup over-nite.

I read comics and they involved theMselves in mahjong. Bryan and Jami left 1st. Yuxin slept. Pee, Camile, Honey and me tok cok all the way till morning where all 5 of us went for breakfast. We were all dEad tired liaoz. Reached home at 9am and slept the day.
