Woot! TOdae's a tiring day nia...Full band in the morning till 12+ and had self prac in the afternoon. Evening went down for the last alumni prac b4 the concert. Damn hectic! Winston didnt attend (he got dining in event) and thus leaving me the onli 1st trumpeter in one of the piece...diaoz..i haf to tiong all the way....super tired nia! And Teow (our alumni conductor) like wan to leech the last bit of strength in us...wat to do..is the last prac mah ><|| Ran thru the whole reportire this evening (onli 3 pieces btw :Pp) Played the march 1st den 2nd suite...den work in details for 2nd suite den the march...den played Big fun for the 1st time. The whole prac ended at 2230hrs. The most zi long prac this yr. Rush to Mac (clementi) to meet LY hhee he was there for half an hr alreadi. As usual saw CTAWE pple there :D and asked them whether they interested in the concert not :Pp Doing some advertising nia. No RT tml..yeh!! I can haf a longer slp liaoz.
P.s. Hey yesterdae's(is over 12am le...><||) is Jenny's Bday! Wish u happi one and enjoyable one lah :DD hehee If u see this lah :Pp

Phew! At last I am back at hm le :Pp. I had stayed in these 2 days coz of OCS rehearsal. Went to camp on Tues evening and stayed thru till todae. OCS rehearsal was as usual...tiring..><||. Haiz..there will be OCS rehearsal everydae next week...sian ar! And Sp concert is coming..next Sunday. Wonder how it will be like...

Bad luck today. Twisted my ankle again in the afternoon...this is the 2nd time this yr...the last time was during OCS rehearsal. Went to report sick and the MO(medical official) refer me to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for an X-ray. Waited 2 hrs for the transport to send me there. Half way thru there seemed to be some cok up thingy and we U-turn back to camp to change transport...
Reached TTSH at ard 1630hrs. Finish everything by 1745hrs(Xrays and consultation). Hmm got 5days of light duty and 2days of MC. Now my ankle is swollen as a bun liaoz...Haiz..bad luck...><||

Juz came back from a movie outing. Went to watch Haunted Mansion with Liang You, YiBin and Jane. Is actualli a comedy more den is a horror. Entertaining piece of work. Gave me a hell of a laughing 2hrs. During the midst of the movie..some buggy behind (i think so..) was shaking his leg..I was damn piss off. I couldnt concentrate on the movie at that point of time. The shaking feeling stopped..and suddenli it was back again...I almost wanted to shout to the back of me...Luckily after a couple of shakes that guy sorta of got tired of it..how inconsiderate....
Went to the esplanade library. Browse ard for scores and CDS and I found a interesting piece of trumpet ensemble work. I asked LY to borrow for me. Saw Calvin and Suean there. Tok cok, fool ard as usual haha. Calvin saw Mr Kwan, our sec 3 A.maths teacher. His a joker and it brought back stories from us. He's as cok as usual :Pp pardon me hehehe.
Went to BK (Calvin, Suean, LY, YiBin, Jane and me). YiBin left earli for some table tennis thingy and we sat there for a while. Tok lots of crap and our past experiences during secondary schools and BMT and Tours we went. Laugh a lot. It was fun.

I have been watching some VCDs called A Step To the Past these few days. Its shown on Channel U every nite at 9pm on Mondays to Fridays. I think is kinda of interesting. Lots of funny events all from the main character. Hahahha it realli made me laugh my head off.
Basically other den the vcd thingy..i didnt do anything interesting. Why? Coz i was busy watching the show lah :Pp. Ohh i attended NUS concert last Friday. Erm compared to the last time...they were so much better ><||...Anyw as usual went back to camp wif LY. He told me abt a interesting theory. BIG BANG! haha I had heard of it during my secondary school days and forgot abt it. And suddenly LY told me abt it. Well for more information u can refer to his articles webby. I woke up at 12pm today. It has been a long time since i had slpt that late..Woke up to find that its still raining...Wat a long rainy day.
Pratically slack ard during the day. Manage a couple rounds of Gunbound in which i haven touched for a veri long time.
Met up with LiangYou during the evening. Took the train down to Plaza Singapura. Wow the train's packed with communters...super crowded..Anyw i went up to get the tickets. Oh yeh the show we are watching is Timeline. Quite a nice show though is a lot different then the book(as usual).
The movie ended ard 930pm and LY decided we should take a cab. And is still raining...
We waited for half an hr..saw alot of cabs but all were in RED...Thus we change course and went to the bus stop.
During the journey i kept looking outside. I was lookin at the rain drops..found out i like rain alot. Dunno y but thats the truth. And it really calm my mind down.
And it is still raining now as i write my entry..rain rain...rain..rain..

I feeling quite down today. Felt much disappointed at my playing..haiz..this the worst 'bad playing period' i ever had. My frens sae i think too much..i dunno..shrugs...

Went for COG. Nothing much, its just the usual COG parade. Chiam and Resial are both having their last COG this month. Wish them best after their ORD. Christoper's students came down to support us or rather him. Wow so mani of them!! They followed us to the istana, well that was not surprising; the thing that surprise me was, they even followed us when we marched off. And created quite a cheer even when we fall out. I guess it was becoz of Chris. Anyw he drove me to the gate of the camp when we reached back. He's meeting his bunch of loyal students at orchard.

My decade-long fren set up a blog!! Surprising for a guy of his character that was unexpected of him. Nevertheless he did it. Hmm i guess it must be the influence of his decade-long fren (me la) and 8-yr long fren (suean). Oh..wat? u want to noe who? Well i added his link on "My Friends" or u can view it here :D

Tomorrow's is a off day. Nothing much to do and i needed a rest from the hectic last week. And i need to clear my mind on my playing. I think too much.

hey hey i juz came back frm the central band concert.
Took cab wif Liang you to camp. Reach ard 1230pm and went up to gather in the Dragon Hall. Ard 1330hrs the coaches arrived and all of us(band B guys) loaded up into one of it. Wait kinda of long for the bus to move..at last we reached the Esplanade at 1515hrs. Went into our offstage room and start slacking there. I took the chance to explore ard the area and in some ways i found that the backstage looks a bit like a hospital...hahaha..went to the basement cafe and found its not open yet :Pp..Our dressing room looks like some make up place wif lots of light bulbs surrounding the mirrors. There also the password lock cupboard thingy. It sorta of let you input the password you want and locked ur stuff in. Kinda of fun. The toliets are super clean.
Ard 1600hrs we had our tuning and slack after that :Pp
1700hrs is out rehearsal. The fatigue pple brought us by some strange pathways up to the 2nd floor where we, the offstage players, were located at. Kinda of confusing; we sort of went up by a cargo lift den pass through the back of the concert stage and den to some veri dark 'tunnel' thingy. Haahaa like a maze really..The rehearsal was short and sweet(after all..is onli 15 odd bars ><||)
Dinner after that. It was marvellous. It was nasir lemak from Adams Road wif a kind of sweet chili sauce. Was really full after the meal.
We dressed up to our No.2 ard 1645hrs den went up to the back of the Concert Stage(gallery i think it was called not sure :Pp) for a whole SAF group photo.
Went up to watch the 1st half of the concert. The 1st piece was impressive. Great opening i would say. 2nd one was the harp concerto. Wow the Harpist was superb man. Lots of flair and grace not to mention she's lovely. Great piece! Appluase to the soloist! Last one b4 the interval was Star Wars Trilogy..Rehearsal was much better den the actual..I guess everyone's tired frm the rehearsal..dunno y though.
During interval Offstage guys went to tune. I was as usual flat ><||. And my tuning slide was all the way in....Den went back to the familar route to the 2nd floor where we will move in to our place. Finally after In the Miller Mood, we move in. The offstage thingy was fine. Everything went smoothly but when after the piece has ended..all of us was juz standing there..like cok..Cpt Tng was looking up at us waiting for us to 'remove ourselves from the area' Diaoz..in the end my side took the 1st step to move away from the seats ><|| a bit of cok up here.
So is over haha fast sia. Guess who i saw or rather he came and attack me 1st...MR LEE TIAN TEE!! wah kaoz..i almost thot who sia..he grown a beard and moustache(what on earth is the spelling ><||)...diaoz!! hahaha wat a change to style man! hehe i was trying to pluck some out and he keep fighting me off..den Chris came along and start trying to pluck too..damn he was fun and realli change his appearence sia haha NICE ONE MR LEE!!! :Pp Went supper wif Huitin, Huiyan and Alex. Took us a long time to decide that we would like to eat Macdonalds....Chatted and tok cok all the while. Discussed abt the concert and Alex and me conclude that the rehearsal was better.
Took cab wif Huiyan home. Her mum's scolding her liaoz. Cab was hard to catch. And finally one came..phew..we were trying to escape midnite charge. So i reach home ard 12am and decide to add this entry :DD

yo all..i am back at hm at last..been staying in fer 2 days..coz of duty and earlier falling in..
not much these few days...
Sun-went for HQ duty..my BOS(band orderly Sgt) is Keith..arrived at 730am and did nothing hhaa coz is a sunday
Mond-Went for Signal's Trooping parade..tiring. After the parade, a couple of my friends went for LSO concert (London Sym. Orchestra)..Only found out abt the trumpet masterclass held at NAFA by the LSO principle trumpeter when i reach hm at nite...damn wasted! Heard that he taught mani mani things nia..haiz..too bad i got a parade..
Tues-COG(change of guard) rehearsal. Reported 8am for merry-go-round. We were punished by SSG Gilbert and SSG Radin coz we were late for the merry-go-round..did fast march and other drills..in the afternoon we went down for the COG rehearsal together wif band A. ARgg heard from SSG Radin that we will need to fall in at 715am!! wah so earli...so no choice..i stayed in coz i am the NCO for that day too..
Today- Woke up at 630am. Had a bad slp coz of mosquitoes...KK forgot to close my window after he finish watching tv. Did another round of COG rehearsal in the morning. There was a Offstage brass ensmeble prac in the afternoon...as usual i was super flat..push in my tuning slide u say? It was already all in..MAX!
Pass a flute score to HF on my way to SP..found out sean's on MC and he promised to meet me tml to take the central band concert tickets..and thus abandoned bus 74 and change to bus 165 to go back home.
